How to restore deleted or merged layer?
I accidentally deleted a layer. . I realized it too late I deleted a layer. Now what? I worked on it for 3 days and the main layer with the characters are gone.

How do I undo a "merge layer" action?
So I've been working on an animation for about a week and now I've just accidentally merged the colour layer with my lineart layer, with the colour layer on top. It's just showing colour now and I've lost all my lines! I've been searching round trying to find out whether anyone else has had this problem, but can't find a solution. Please, please, PLEASE tell me if there's a way to undo this action? I don't want to have to start over again..

if you go to the view frames area there's a button that selects all your frames I and ones you click it you cant unclick it so the notification is useless and said notification says if u delete a frame you CAN get it back but how?

Can you please make it so that if you delete a layer you can undo it? That's a basic feature of an art program and i wish it was there. It's extremely aggravating that its so easy to just delete artwork unintentionally and it's NEVER been fixed or dealt with it seems.

Switched layers

My hard work or 9 hours, all accidentally deleted on one layer. We all absolutely need an undo for unmerging layers. 9 HOURS WASTED. It was a simple animation with one layer of moving drawings, but I put so much passion and hard work into it. Now I have to spend another 9 hours to recreate it. Frankly, I am extremely upset and angry that I can't undo my mistake, PLEASE ADD AN UNDO BUTTON IN ALL PLACES THAT YOU WORK ON. It is also my mistake for not saving it meanwhile, but please make this option so nobody encounters this experience.

I'm working on colouring a frame on one of my projects and I opened it up and all of my colouring i had on one layer is missing, but only for that specific frame. no biggie, just start again. then it happened again. is there any way to get back my lost progress or make sure this doesn't happen again?

There is no way to restore the removed or merged layer, we have provided a removal confirmation option instead.
We are aware this might not be very user-friendly for everyone and we are planning to change how that happens in the future.

Pls notice me , I've been working on this animation for so long and now it's gone .pls help hundreds of innocent animators like me to deal with this problem
its not possible to recover a deleted layer. You'll just have to redraw everything. There's not going around it. Sorry.
this is not just an inconvenience. My daughter spent weeks and weeks of sleepless nights to complete a school project that was ruined because she couldn’t restore a layer! WTF!!!
