I want to buy someone online Flipaclip premium but I don't know if it's possible?

Hello,

I have a niece who is a future animator and her birthday is coming up.  I was planning to get her a gift card for the play store and was wondering what the cost is for the full version of this app?  She has mentioned FlipAClip several times so I'm pretty sure this is what she'll spend it on.
