There's no media to import error message when adding image or video
Hello, I want to ask, why can't I put pictures / videos into flipaclip? Then why is there "There was no media import"? Please reply...

Everytime I want to insert a picture into the frame, it keep saying 'there's no media to import'

I just opened the flipaclip app on my phone now, and it's saying it can't access my files.
The painful thing is that I just downloaded the app a few days ago, and now this.
Please get this fixed if you can...
It's actually a very good app,but this problem is just painful.

i try to load an image and it wont let me for some reason.?
i dont know if its a bug or not. or my phone, i even tried fixing my phone but i

Did you check your phone/tablet settings if you allowed the FlipaClip app to use your images?

Try restarting the app a few times, look up if you have the newest version of the app :)
It's very vague help but the first 2 times it didn't work on my iPad either, it just failed to load any images, but then it worked (it seemed to have just needed time to load in the images properly, but I don't know for sure)
