How to request a refund?
So,my WiFi has been off for a while and I haven’t been able to respond to the developer’s answer on my review on the flipaclip where I ask for a refund.Anyways,they told me to email my email on here and then my request will be looked into?(Basically,I tried to get a refund for all of the premium features a while ago,but as soon as I clicked the button it closed the app,and so after that it wouldn’t give me a refund or even let me click the button.I tried to click on the refund button within the 24hours of buying the features and I still didn’t get my refund :/.Hopefully it can be fixed on here and I can get my refund?)
