Cannot Connect to iTunes Store error when trying to purchase

Hi- when I try to purchase a sound effects package, I get an error message that says “cannot connect to iTunes Store” then it shows NA on the red button where the $1.99 used to show.

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is not much we can do about this issue because it is not an issue from FlipaClip side. It is something to do with your internet connection, system version, the device or your account itself, etc...
