Can't buy premium e-1029

I cant buy premium on my phone, it always comes up as e-1029 I've tried clearing cache on flipaclip and the google play store. It's been like this for months. Please help, it's really difficult to animate with only 3 layers.

Hi, I purchased Flipaclip Premium in April for my daughter. She has been using it on an Android device. She told me recently that she can't access the premium features. I had bought the features a month back on my Chromebook, I didn't change devices or switch to a different account. Suddenly, the features were revoked or something, I only noticed after an ad popped up on my screen. I tried to go to the in-app purchase store to see if it was a monthly thing or if I had to restore my previous purchase, but the store wasn't working.

Thank you for reaching out! This has probably happened because you are trying to purchase premium features from a different Google Play account than the one that you used to install FlipaClip.
Please follow the below steps to resolve this issue.
1. Go to your Device settings > Account > and sign out of all Google Play accounts and be signed only into the account that you want to make the purchase with.
2. Go to your device settings > Application > and then clear the cache and data of Google Play Store app and enter the FlipaClip agani. Check this link on how to clear the cache and data of Google Play Store app: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7513003?hl=en

Hello,
You don't need to buy premium again, it is a one-time payment. Purchase stays on your Google Play account and you will have premium features even if you switch your device as long as install it using the original account that made the purchase.
This error e-1029 comes up when you remove your Google Play account that made the purchase.
1. Have you removed your Google Play account and then logged in again?
2. What happens when you click on "retry" below e-1029?
3. Remove all other Google Play accounts and leave only the one that made the purchase. Then clear cache and date of your Google Play app and restart your device.
