I want to make the canvas size 1920 x 1080 but it is won’t allow me to go above 1080. The thing is, it works on other devices. I even deleted the app and redownloaded it but it still doesn’t work. I don’t know why it won’t let me
I think this is a bug but I’m unsure. After I updated flipaclip and tried to make a new project with my usual custom resolution (1920x1080), it told me I couldn’t make projects over 1080 pixels. I have premium, which still says you can make custom resolutions up to 1920x1920, and all my other premium features are working as intended (I’m able to have 10 layers, add my own music files, etc). Has the max project resolution size been shrunk or is this a bug?? If it’s a bug, how can I fix it?

This was implemented in the latest iOS update to improve your experience with the app. So what it does is that it checks if your device would be capable of running higher resolution without causing any delay or slowness.
We are also thinking to allow it in the next version.

I bought the premium feature for the custom canvas size feature about a year ago. Up until this new update, it’s been working fine. Now, it doesn’t register as me owning the feature, and forces me to use anything around 1280x720 rather than my usual 1920x1080.
