strokes and dark outline on pen??

everytime i try covering something up, its annoying because theres always this darker outline around the colour that ultimatelt ruins my drawings

I am trying to make a circle with an apple pen, and it made a lot of dots, and sometimes it made a straight line while in the circle

Ah, ok yes I know what you are talking about. So when you draw you are drawing on a raster image. This means you are drawing on an image with only so many pixels. When you zoom in you will see these blurry looking strokes. This is because of anti aliasing. This is done so strokes look smooth. Hope this answers your question! :)
