You only seem to have one solution to this problem and that is to reinstall the unlocker. So I bought the premium feature a couple months ago, and have been using it ever since. All of a sudden today I was using Flipaclip and tried to add more then three layers to a file I was working on, but it absolutely will not work. I rebooted my tablet, exited the app and went back in, and even signed out of my account, then signed back it but I no longer have the feature. It shows that I have to pay the six dollars to get the feature. But I already had it. Please fix this!

Flipaclip wont restore purchases on new device
Ive been animating on my ipad and i bought premium almost a year ago. recently my ipad broke so i stopped animating on it and started to animate on my iphone. I went to restore my purchases and when i tapped restore purchases nothing happened. It didnt restore my purchases or give me a reason as to why it didnt work. Im on the same apple ID/icloud that i used when originally bought it and im on the same flipaclip and youtube account on both devices. I dont know why it wont restore purchases. ive restarted my phone, deleted and redownloaded the app and cleared out space on my phone but nothing seems to work.

Suddenly lost the $5.99 premium feature bundle without warning
Earlier today, I created a new animation, and my premium bundle was working perfectly fine! I was able to upload my own audio and change my onion skin mode. However, later today, an add appeared. I foolishly brushed it off, but then other changes occurred as well. I was definitely extremely confused. Every time I would try to use something I bought previously, the in-app purchase block would appear. Is this just a bug or something that can be fixed? My Google-Play is up to date and I tried restarting and shutdown my android. I want to keep my projects and my purchase! Please respond as soon as possible.

I have been using flipaclip for about a year now, and I've paid for the full version. I tried to start animating again just today, and when I went to add another later it gave me a pop up saying I needed to buy the full version to get that feature. But I have proof that I used to have that feature because of my old animations.

I bought the premium features in 2014. I had a Galaxy Note 3 at that time and I switch for a note 4 2 years ago. I had installed flipaclip and the premium features' transfer was well done.
Today I have a note 9, I reinstalled flipaclip but it show me that I need to pay to unlock premium features.
I went on my purchase history on Google play store and it show me that I have already pay the premium pack in 2014. But when I click on it it send me on the old playstore page of the premium offer but it show me that I have to pay to unlock it. I don't understand anything anymore.

I have a question. Why all my premium functions just gone? I just go to my another channel on YouTube then back on my first channel where I buy premium functions and I don't know what to do.
Premium and all my work gone with new account
I logged out of my account due to getting a new phone. I logged back in to find all my premium features i bought were now reset, as if i never bought them. All my previous work on the accound was deleted too. I would like to know why and how to get it back.
Premium stopped working
I've had flipaclip premium for three years now, and suddenly it has stopped working? At first it would just show me ads every now and then, but now ALL of my premium features have stopped working! I can't have any more than three layers, I can't export a video without a watermark, it won't let me merge layers, etc. And it claims that premium is a one-time payment, so it's not like it expired or something. It hasn't started doing this until recently. I've never really had any problems before this. PLEASE fix this!!
Loosing my flipaclip features (no flipaclip unlocker found)
I have lost my flipaclip features. Now before I start explaining I'd like to say this one important thing. I can not find the flipaclip unlocker anywhere. not in download history or updates etc it's just gone. I bought the full thingy and I'd like to get it back cause I'm mad lol that I got basically scammed I have a receipt to prove it. You may not believe me but I'm trying to be as sincere as possible. I used to have an account and I didn't know what I had purchased with that account. I deleted that account, it's most likely amagicpotato170@gmail.com, amishnotparadiseover9000@gmail.com, or paradisesweets11@gmail.com . I didn't know that I purchased the premium features, but I really don't want to have to purchase them again because my mom is the person who kindly payed for them. I can no longer use the purchased features
Ive aready paid for all the flipaclip features, ive been using them for months. Now I can no longer use more than 6 layers, add my own audio, ect. I never deleted the app or reset my device, so why is this happening to me? My old animations I've worked on still have 6 frames and my Own audio. Can this be fixed?

Unable to access paid features after buying premium version
I recently purchased the premium version of FlipaClip for iPhone. Nothing seems to have changed. I cannot access the premium features. I tried deleting and re-downloading the app, and nothing has changed. All the bug reports related to this seem to be between 1 and 4 years old. Can somebody please let me know what the current state of this is?
Can’t log in
So I have had a FlipaClip account for a while now. I originally had it on my old samsaung and had an account made with google. I recently got an iPhone, and Downloaded flipaclip to it. I go to login to get my premium features back, and at first when I log in with google directly it said it couldn’t find my account. So Then I try using just the log in with email because I had it on there. The password is right, the email is right, yet it still won’t log me in. It’s either an error saying it can’t find it, or an error that it for some reason can’t log me in. I have bought the premium features and everything please help

I purchased the app last year and use it every now and then but all of a sudden I had some issues with my phone and had to delete everything on it. I was on flipaclip making a movie than i noticed that it had the watermark on it. I thought i must of put it on by accident, but then when i pressed to take it off it said i had not purchased it.

Premium Features Lost with New Update
I went to add audio to my animation, as I had purchased that feature, but it opened a popup tab that says 'premium features' at the top and all it says is 'Oops! In-app purchases not available at this moment! e-1029'. I also checked my layers and it only let me add three of them. I had purchased the feature that lets you add up to six layers, but now the app seems to have forgotten completely about that! I can't remember if I had been signed in to Google before or not, but right now it says 'an account associated with google does not exist' when I try to sign in.

Flipaclip premium taken away?
So I've had Flipaclip premium for a whole year on my Google play account and now I decide to praticipate in the new contest. Now all of a sudden, all my premium features are taken away??!! I've bought flipaclip premium on two devices already, and I don't feel like wasting $10 for something I'm not receiving or even getting refunded for.

I have made a previous post about this, so I will quote it here and add some more proof afterward.
"I have been using flipaclip for about a year now, and I've paid for the full version. I tried to start animating again just today, and when I went to add another later it gave me a pop up saying I needed to buy the full version to get that feature. But I have proof that I used to have that feature because of my old animations.
You can see the "5" In the layers button, which proves I have had more than 5 layers before..
I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 and it is always on the latest Android OS.
I have purchased the full version before, but it now says that I have not. I want to animate, and this is holding me back. Please help me fix this!"

Premium features lost after new update
After the most recent update, I was greeted with the app no longer allowing me to access any of the premium features I had bought in the bundle last year. I really don’t want to buy it AGAIN and in general, SHOULDN’T have to pay for it again when it was a one-time payment. I just bought two premium features, but only one if them is working. Even if I bought the extra layers option, every time I try to add an extra layer, the buying premium options page is showing. Is it possible to have this fixed? Or can I be reimbursed?

Hello. My name is boxofluff and I have encountered a bug that I think cannot be fixed unless you developers mess with the app. But I bought the $5.99 Bundle for all premium features and once I have updated the app the premium features are gone.
And there is also no Restore button on (Android) my phone. So can I not get the features back? I do not want this to be a waste of my money.
I contacted someone for the bug and they said to “Uninstall the app and check your accounts, download the app in the account you have purchased the features on And then they should be restored.” I did that exact thing and it didn’t work. Hello, i love your app really do its the best out there but wow i really should of never downloaded it on my backup phone shesh this has been HELL.
Ive Read through your trouble shooting suggestions
None have worked. I use Only One apple ID two iphones.
Downloaded the app on my backup iphone and paid for it appstore.
Download it on my sim card phone and i can only create projects in upload 720p restrictions.
I go to Restore Purchase its broken all of it is checked and it does nothing maybe a slight highlight over the tab but no actions.
So i uninstall the apps on both phones and re install the app on my sim card phone....same problem okay
so i logout of my Apply ID on the backup iphone with premium i paid 5.99 for.
As for the sim card phone uninstalled flipaclip and reinstalled it now that only one Apple ID is logged in Sim card phone nope doesnt work.
hell i even signed in to the flipaclip so it can recognize me this is a software issue... i dont think anyone has

If i download it on the backup phone it will upload in 1080 as normal it doesnt recognize the apple user like cmon.

Same for me also. The rest of the features work fine, such as the inport video, canvas size options, onion skin options and the other ones. But the flipaclip logo is still there after making a movie. So I don't know what is going on. I bought the bundle and I use a samsung. I dont know if these are contributing factors to the problem or if it's a bug throughout the whole app. I hope this can be fixed.
I just paid for premium last night, i've tried multiple things and when I reload the app literally nothing happens. I was still charged. I bought the 5.99 dollar bundle on a Kindle Fire HD 6, first using two Visas then a MasterCard. Still nothing. I feel relieved to know other people experienced this problem though, now I know i'm not the only one. I have not yet had a response to the bug report.
