I use an android and when I try to import audio it loads for like, ten minutes. Then when the audio finally loads it pops up on the screen where you can trim it. There is no “done” button and I can’t even play back the audio. So I figured I would login to my flipaclip on an Apple iPad and try it there. When I logged in it hadn’t transferred any of my animations to the iPad. It didn’t even save my premium. How can I fix this?

Hi I bought Flipaclip on my Iphone and I bought the premium feature bundle with my google account. I recently installed flipaclip on my chromebook using the same google account yet none of my projects or purchases are on this device. Is there something I need to do to fix this, or can I just not transfer my purchases to another device? I read some of the help here on the support page but all of it said that I need to sign in with the same Google Play store account, but that would be impossible since I orignally downloaded the app in the Apple Appstore. Any ideas?

Hello, near the end of October of last year i purchaced two of the sound packs, Machine and Fight. However, i made that purchace on my android device. Sadly due to wifi problems on that device i wasnt able to transfer files from one device to another.
