I want to pay for extra layers on flipaclip but I want to know if I lose my phone, that I can still use extra layers if the payment is on a flipaclip account or not?

I suggest you make it so users can make accounts, especially when a user purchases features and wants to use it on a different device. Therefore, you won’t have to pay for something you already bought, especially since young children use this app a lot.

I purchased flipa clip with all it options before month+ (all package) its installed now only in my smartphone - Full package. But In my other devices (2 tablets) there are still installed only free version of flipaclip. But i already made there few important projects there - in my free version 2 tablets.
The 1 question is - How can i update full package version to all my devices without loosing my ready projects made in free version?

When i try update free version to buyed version of flipaclip in my 2 tablets , i go to google app store, logging to my email account then > "Library" - i can't find flipa clip in list of all apps. I see Flipa Clip in tag "Installed" but when i press button "Update" flipa clip (i want update to purchased full option ) this Not updating my flipa clip , its only clean all projects and again install free version.
( despite i make it all in same email account i purchased the flipaclip
Help me please install my buyed package in all devices. Now It seems to me more problematic than it need to be....

I have an administrator that will not allow me to make purchases on the iPad, and I have to use my work Apple ID on my iPad. Yes, it is possible to transfer payments to another device as long as you install FlipaClip using the original Apple/Google account that made the purchase.
Please check this post HERE on how to restore your purchase if you reinstall the app or change your device.
Note that you cannot transfer payment from Android to iOS and vice versa.

Hey Ashlie, thank you very much for your suggestions. iOS and Android are different platforms and therefore different marketplaces, that is why they cannot be transferred. We are constantly trying to improve and FlipaClip is work in progress so we do have a planned feature for a cloud account that will help in the future - here you can follow the discussion regarding that subject.
Why not just add a simple login option to the app? that way, if you end up having to switch from android to iphone, a simple login will carry over your purchases? This seems like it would clear up a lot of frustrations. My daughter would love to be able to show her creations from her flipaclip app on her small tablet on a larger screen like her laptop so many can see at once, but alas, with no login option, there's no way to sync the projects from one device to the other. I know there's a login for contests on the chrome OS app, but there isn't one for amazon apps. It just seems like it would be easier overall to add an overall login button.

Yes, you are able to use premium features on two devices at the same time. Just make sure that you install FlipaClip using the original Google Play/Apple account that made the purchase.

Your purchase should be restored without any issue on the second device also. Please uninstall FlipaClip from the second device (note that it will delete all of your projects) > Go to AppStore and make sure that only the account signed there is the one that made the purchase > Then install FlipaClip again > Go to FlipaClip premium features and click on "Restore Purchase"
Also, note that Family accounts don't support in-app purchase sharing so you will need to be logged in the original purchaser account.
