Hi, my daughter's iOS Flipaclip drawing setting (pencil, brushes) went from MM to pixel and she says it's not the same. We have searched every way possible to revert back to MM and for the life of us, we can't find a way.

Please help!

Can you add a brush that makes pixels?????? For like pixel animations?

Because it’s hard to draw pixels and when you wanna draw pixel animations...... uhhhhhh it’s basically impossible.

Smooth out the pen

I don’t like how it looks smooth until you press play and it’s all pixilated, it may just be me but I don’t like how it looks so maybe smooth it out or make different brushes and other options like a white outline too

Add a 00.1 pt to the brush

Hello! I wanted to suggest the addition of smaller points in all the pencils. The 0.10 is not enough to add details. The addtition of this will be usefull

Hello,

So the size of the brushes is very accurate now since they are in pixels. We had to change to px because before a size of 2,4mm, for example, represented a size of about 15px. Millimeters always got converted in the end to whole pixel number. The pixel size is as accurate as it gets since it's not possible to draw between pixels. Also, the problem with using mm was that the size, say 2,4mm would be different across devices. This was due to screen information not being super accurate for most devices.

Best,

have you tried starting the app sideways? It usually decreases pen size.

Oh, right, I made a mistake. Yeah, I mean that the smallest size is 0.10 mm... Add a small point like 0.01 mm could be usefull
