I wanted to have premium for a very long time, I bought it on my iPhone and it didn't work but that's off topic. I click on  buy premium and it says that the items aren't available.

Hi,

My daughter is using Flipaclip premium on her tablet, I purchased it through my playstore account. Today her premium features suddenly disappeared, it says in app purchases are not available (e-10209) .She didn't back up her works, and now she can't do it, because premium is not available. When I put the app on my phone, it comes up with premium version with no issues, but on her table just stopped.

I cant buy premium on my phone, it always comes up as e-1029 I've tried clearing cache on flipaclip and the google play store. It's been like this for months. Please help, it's really difficult to animate with only 3 layers.

Unable to purchase Prenium on my Android

Whenever I want to get the Flipaclip premium, it says the following when I tap on it:

I don't know if I'm the one doing it wrong but I would love to be able to get some help and be able to purchase the premium for Flipaclip

Purchased Premium, but not getting features

Hi, I purchased Flipaclip Premium in April for my daughter. She has been using it on an Android device. She told me recently that she can't access the premium features. I checked and they are not there. When I try to access them, I get this message:  oops! In-app purchases not available at this moment! e-1043. She has done a ton of work in the app and I don't want her to lose her work if I re-purchase the app. I don't understand why I'm not getting what I paid for or how to fix it. Thanks in advance for any advice.


My premium features are gone and the in-app purchases store isn't working?

I had bought the features a month back on my Chromebook, I didn't change devices or switch to a different account. Suddenly, the features were revoked or something, I only noticed after an ad popped up on my screen. I tried to go to the in-app purchase store to see if it was a monthly thing or if I had to restore my previous purchase, but the store wasn't working. 
It gave me a message on the screen reading "Oops! In-app purchases not available at this moment! e-1029"

Why could i buy sound without problems

Every time i try to view the premium features, it says: "oops! In-app purchases not available at this moment! e-1043" And the retry button doesn't do anything. 

E-1043

I am very interested in buying premium but it keeps giving me the same error. I cleared cache, restarted multiple times, I dont know what else to do.

Thank you for reaching out! This has probably happened because you are trying to purchase premium features from a different Google Play account than the one that you used to install FlipaClip.

Please follow the below steps to resolve this issue.

1. Go to your Device settings > Account > and sign out of all Google Play accounts and be signed only into the account that you want to make the purchase with.

2. Go to your device settings > Application > and then clear the cache and data of Google Play Store app and enter the FlipaClip agani. Check this link on how to clear the cache and data of Google Play Store app: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7513003?hl=en

This has probably happened because you have at some point removed/changed a Google Play account that made the purchase.

To resolve the issue you must sign out of all other Google Play accounts and be signed only into the one that made the purchase, then clear the cache and data of google play and enter the app. Check this link on how to clear cache and data of Google Play Store app: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7513003?hl=en

Thank you so much! I can now see them again. The only small problem is that if i allow flipaclip to use my media and photos and such, the premium features disappear again. Again, Thank you :)
