hello flipaclip i tried to participate in one of you’re competitions but when I went on the app it wasnt showing up on my screen even though im over 13 and i was signed in. i tried reinstalling the app but it still didnt work. ive noticed that everyone who hasn't been able to get onto the competitions have been using their ipad. You must be more than 12 years old to participate in the contest and create a FlipaClip account. Age must be set when you enter the app for the first time.
Also, please be sure that you allow FlipaClip to send you notifications.

can add a video to all canvas sizes( I have used a very short mp4 done on FlipaClip before) but the tumblr two sizes, it shows the compressing action but frames stay empty.

Hi, do you have FlipaClip account created? To participate in the contest you must be more than 12 years old and be signed into FlipaClip account.
Yes, signed and above 12, no notification received about the contest(if any were sent), just few minutes ago received about the 30% discount... reinstalling does not solve any of the issues, I sign via google maybe should create a separate account, this only thing I could think of... and bought the premium contents long time ago.
