hello flipaclip i tried to participate in one of you’re competitions but when I went on the app it wasnt showing up on my screen even though im over 13 and i was signed in. i tried reinstalling the app but it still didnt work. ive noticed that everyone who hasn't been able to get onto the competitions have been using their ipad. Hello,
You must be more than 12 years old to participate in the contest and create a FlipaClip account. Age must be set when you enter the app for the first time.
Also, please be sure that you allow FlipaClip to send you notifications.

Restart your device. If that does not help, are you able to reinstall the app and see if that will help? Please note that reinstalling the app will delete your projects so be sure to backup all projects before doing that.
restarting the phone does not solve the problem I am afraid, neither reinstalling, been done a few times already. Could be because of premium features being purchased from the start keeps the system on its previous settings no matter how you delete and reinstall.. its the only thing that comes to mind as a reason for not getting the contest features
I just deleted and reinstalled, it takes time to get notification up and running though
got notification about the contest today when clicking on it got a blank page with message e-207, what does that mean, so far no replies from anyone,
