Add more shapes on ruler

Apply more shapes on the ruler so that new animators could ger a clean look on their work like triangles and stuff. In addition, add an option to make a shield for the ruler so that you can’t draw “inside” Some just get irritated of lines going all over the place even tho their using a ruler
