Not able to restore premium features on Amazon

I have an Amazon Fire 7 tablet with the Fire OS 7.3.1.5 operating system.

I purchased all the premium features several months ago and they only worked for about a day before disappearing and prompting me to purchase them. Even if I go to try and repurchase them though, it says that I already own them. But they do not work. 

Without deleting the app and losing all the progress on art in the app, how can this be fixed?
