I had put in the credit card details and then I got to my email password. I changed it so I knew I could remember it completely when putting it in, but when I did put it in it said ''Something went wrong. Try again'' And I am VERY certain I am putting in the right password. I've tried over 1000 times.

Hello Keira,

Please be assured that premium features can be bought and my first suggestion would be to try the following things: disconnect from the Wi-Fi, restart your phone, connect back and test again.

Also test the password on a different app/login page to be sure that you got it right and if not go for the "forgoten password" option.

If not please follow these steps to resolve it:

1. Go to your Device settings > Account > and sign out of all Google Play accounts and be signed only into the account that you want to make the purchase with.

2. Go to your device settings > Application > and then clear the cache and data of google play and enter the app. Check this link on how to clear cache and data of Google Play Store app: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7513003?hl=en

Let me know if that helped.

Kind regards,

Igor
