i use samsung galaxy J5.my draw is getying delete all the time ! i THINK it was happening because of my low storage space. i start a normal project and start draw with one frame. when im finished to draw with frame one then i use another frame (2) to animate. i animate and animate and animate. then i go to the frames i've been draw to look and its all gone.. is there a way to stop this quickly ? i have many things to finish on flipaclip.

The frames were still their but the drawings were nowhere to be found. I tried restarting the app but that didn’t work. Than, my friend had the same problem. I’m not sure what is causing this. I had flipaclip up and noticed some of the drawings got messed up. But soon i noticed ghat I lost some frames of work got messed up and i can't replace it and i dont have a lot of Time left to finish the map.
Happens sometimes when you delete your files excluding FlipaClip It will include itself!!! Do not use if ever this happens to you!

I was working on a frame, specifically a layer. Then all that I had done on that layer is gone. But if I erase the canvas on that layer it shows as if it is there. I can't see anything on the canvas on the layer, but if I was to use the erase tool on the canvas flipaclip would show that I had erased something, I can't see anything on it.
My project drawing was deleted. I have GBs of storage space. Not sure what problem is.
I was drawing in the second layer of one of my creations, then I went to the to the first layer to edit something. When I returned to the second layer, my work was gone, and I hit the undo button, made sure I was in the right frame, then made sure that my frame wasn’t hidden. None of that worked. It’s gone, and I spent so much time on it.

iPhone 5 restarts while I am using the app. All projects are gone even the default ones that come with the app. And I cannot create new projects. I was working on the project all day. Literally. This is SHIT!
I was working on an animation, my first ever that was actually long and not a short loop. I was working on a part of the animation, and when I go to check on my progress: BOOM. ALL OF THE ART ON THE PAST FRAMES IS *GONE*. I think the problem may have started when i imported a picture, but I don’t know. The undo button didn’t work, it was grayed out and unusable. Please help me find a solution for this asap, it was a really important project and I can’t redo it all in the time I have, let alone make it look as good.
I love this app very much. It is one of the best apps in animation from mobile but there is a lot and of problems nowadays. After I make animation when I reopen it more than half of it gets deleted and even in my animation when I copy and paste a slide, the slide is not pasted instead of that one slide is added. My device is Gionee P5w.
I was animating something i was very proud of (which isnt often) and i left flipaclip to clear some storage space. When i came back, it crashed, and the project was gone. Frames werent just missing, the entire project got deleted overall without me deleting it.

My animations were deleted and I lost all my progress..of three years.. there needs to be a way that things can be backed up and saved and able to edit it later please..it doesn’t feel good losing everything... FlipaClip is an amazing app but this needs to be something that needs to be worked on.. I hope sometime soon, this will be fixed.. thank you for reading my issue..
Hello! I’m here to report a bug. Every time I erase or use other tools at least two random frames gets fully erased even though I don’t want it to be erase, and when I undo it won’t bring back the previous drawing so I have to redraw the frame again! Please fix it, it’s kinda getting annoying. Thank you and have a nice day!!
so I was animating on flipaclip, I was animating everything on one layer
until I needed to use another layer to draw a base for the anatomy
I drew it on the same layer as everything else was drawn on, no big deal, right?
I added another layer to trace over the base, but when I went to watch the animation since it was literally the second to last frame I needed, everything else was gone
I was kinda confused at first but then realized that everything would prolly be saved on the other layers like it originally was, right?

I went to go restore the other frames, and tHEY WERE ALL MISSING
they were all saved on layer 2 and I had to make a new layer 3
I didn't delete any layers, the opacity was all the way up but there was nothing on any of the frames, and the undo button was gone

bug info:
- I was using an iPhone, not sure which model, it was an otterbox and I got it Christmas 2017
- not sure about iOS version either but I think its 11
- as I said, it deleted everything on all the other layers when I made a new layer
- I expected everything to still be saved on the previous layers, but nope
- to reproduce it, then you would go to layer 2 and draw something, make a new frame, make a new layer on that frame and draw something and turn the opacity on the previous layer all the way down, and poof everything before on that layer is now lost. im not sure if this will actually work for everyone since my phone is very glitchy with flipaclip and also I never update oops, but that's what I did
Ok, so I was doing a FlipaClip for school, and not to be cocky or anything, but it was really good and it had taken me quite a long time. I was nearly finished and I went into another app quickly and it all deleted! Even the movie of it that I had saved!? I looked it up on Ecosia and it said that the only thing would be not enough storage space, it said I needed 100mb, but I had more then enough. So I made a review on the AppStore, recently I got a response from this review, it said that I didn’t have enough storage. I HAVE ENOUGH STORAGE, IN CASE YOU DIDN’T GET THAT FROM THE REVIEW. Anyway, please help, because I don’t want it to happen again, and I don’t want to be told I don’t have enough fricken’ storage! I DO!

(I just started using FlipaClip very recently) now I just spent a very long time working on this project for the current competition and I came to delete 3 specific frames from the frame viewer (I am sure only these three were selected) instead almost all the frames were erased !!! I was just left with 5 undeleted frames. After I had a mini heart attack at my lost work I tried leaving the project and refreshing the app but to no avail. The frames I worked on for hours with the most detail are now lost. PLEASE TELL ME THERES A WAY TO RECOVER THEM IM ON THE VERGE OF LITERAL TEARS. (This just happened now if that helps) and I’m not sure if I’ll be able to redo them all again especially since from the time I made the most detailed frames to now I got a slight injury and my arm and hand are quite shaky and “unstable” for the time being. PLEASE HELP.

i was making the GRRRLS meme on FlipaClip, and I was so excited. It was so close to being done. I click the play button to see how it was doing, and it was really choppy. I tried again as sometimes FlipaClip is slow. I tried again and it did the same thing. I decided to look at my frames just to see FlipaClip automatically got rid of hundreds upon hundreds of them. The frames themselves were still there, but everything was erased. I worked so hard and long on this meme, and it was just destroyed, ruined, by something I didn't even do.
all projects that I previously had in my app have been collectively deleted. I am using and Iphone 5 and the 12.4.6 IOS. I was inputting an audio file that was about a minute and fourteen seconds long and the app (as well as my phone) crashed. I go to look in Flipaclip and there are no projects in the "projects" section, however all of the movies I've made are still present. It will not let me create projects and displays the message "There was an error saving project changes! e-215" when I attempt to. I've saved all of the movies onto my device and deleted the ones that were stored on flipaclip, however it still says in my phone's settings that flipaclip is taking up a lot of space with its files despite appearing to lack any files.
I have an iPhone 5s, the version of the app I have is 1.3.17
So I copied and pasted a few things to later frames in my project, I exited said project to save before I tried anything, I didn’t want to the apo to crash. I went back on my project and everything was gone. I scrolled along my timeline and it was just one image on the stage, no image on the frames on the timeline. I went on the project again and it was all gone, there was nothing there other than the audio.
Is there any way I can recover my project?? Is there any way I can stop this from happening in the future??

Theres this problem where i crash when i use the paint brush tool alot, im usually fine with it since flipaclip seems to crash alot, but losing my 2-3 hour painting background progress is too much, i dont know how i dont know why but sometimes when i crash the progress within the layer i was working on also poofs away, leaving me with an empty layer to rework onto again, Please fix this.

the flipclip suddenly closes and completely erases the sheet I was on, erases all layers, now I have to redo the entire sheet and all layers. This is absurd, I paid for the premium package and yet it happens to me ?????? and now how will you help me? This has happened several times!
Idk but on day all animations were unable to be viewed because the "file was missing". I never deleted a file, and I dont know how to get the hours and hours I spent back, if there is anything you can do to help I would love that. Thanks.

For a little while flipaclip kept notifying me to tell me that my storage was low. I cleared it recently after the incident.
I spent 2-3 hours on a drawing on one of my frames and when i exited and went back in it deleted the drawing.
But before when i had acessed the drawing it was fine. Every time i exited the app went back in and opened the project it would show and then load and the drawing would dissapear. When i increased the opasity of one of the layers and scrolled through the frames, when i exited and came back in it stopped showing it and continued loading like usual.
i dont know why this happened and if i can get the drawing back but could you please help?

While i was working on my 43rd frame, the rest of my slides suddenly turned blank, my progress was gone, could u please fix this and return my animation i worked hard for that
So I have a little issue with the saving. Normally it's saved as soon as one edits out but for the most part I can keep a tab open and the project will still be at the right frame where I left off.. unfortunately often it deletes my projects this way and often complains about storage. However this project that I just lost I've spent the past 5 days making nonstop and it has all been deleted, I am distraught and want to know if there is a way of getting it back ...

We are really sorry that this has happened and we can see how that can be bad news but here are a couple of things that can cause your drawings to be deleted.
1. I did see the storage space available and you are, unfortunately, low on storage space. :(
This will cause the app to not work correctly. Essentially causing drawings to be lost. Please make sure to make some space on your device.
2. If you are on Android be very careful not to remove FlipaClip files during clean up since that will cause some or all projects to be lost. Be very careful when you use a cache/data cleaner app, it can by mistake delete some FlipaClip folders.
3. It can also be related to not enough RAM on your device. If you feel that your device is underpowered be sure to disable "Canvas Rotation" from under the FlipaClip settings, it should make FlipaClip much smoother for you. Also, be sure to exclude FlipaClip from battery optimization.

I know how it is. I just upload all my pictures and videos that i wanted to keep in google drive (online) and delete all pictures and videos from the galery and its kinda helpful. Now i got more storage.

I love flipaclip when i loaded it up i found one single frame gone. But that took more than 2 hours of my time. BETTER ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING BECAUSE IT WASNT STORAGE!!!!!!!!!!! Hiya there! Umm I’ve had the same problem and it has happened twice now. And yes, I do have storage space! Over 200GB left on my iPad yet my drawings keep getting deleted! I would much appreciate it if this bug was fixed, or if it was just something I’ve been doing wrong for it to save correctly
Oh ok so, I was on FlipaClip and it happened again. But it was. Just a small animation. I was doing layers and I deleted layer 1 on just one of my frames than all my drawings were lost. Please fix this!!!
worked two hours on an animation, went to go change the speed and all my frames went blank. Your app is horrible and I'm never using it again. Until you learn to fix this problem I won't be using this fucking app anytime soon.
this happened to me as well, but got me it was because of the small space that left on my device, so I deleted some programs and tried to restart it. It started working again. Please try this if you haven't.
I was finishing a part of a animation thing that had taken me about to week to make, I was almost finished when my phone acted up (its been doing that for a while now) I plug my phone in and go to flipaclip but instead of seeing my projects, on the screen it said "IT'S SO DESOLATE IN HERE..." it told me to tap the + below to create a project but when I tired to create a new project it didn't work, telling me "there was an error saving project changes! e-215" this has been stressing me out
