Paint bucket bug

Its been around for a while and hasnt been addressed yet, so ill just say it here in hopes of it getting noticed:

Whenever two similar colors are put right next to each other, and ypu try to use the bucket tool on one side, the both colors become the color that you paint bucket'ed (?). Its pretty annoying, can you please fix this? Sorry if my description of it is terrible.

Fill tool intensity

Sorry to be a little bit too picky here.

I was making an animation with a new character (above) and I suddenly realized that I MISCOLORED her hands.

The lineart for the hand and the rest of the arm are so similar that the fill tool treats all of them as one color and fills ALL of them in. I find this pretty infuriating. (This will be in the pic below.)

I can take the time to reanimate these miscolorations, but is there a way to modify fill tool intensity?

Ok, so the color picker uses a mathematical logic to do a better job at filling an area. We select colors that are within a certain range. IF colors are fairly close in color they will likely be considered to be filled. Soon we will provide options to allow the user to tweak these settings in the new update.

Hey User 413, would you mind being slightly more specific about the problem you are having so we can better understand how to fix this?

So, say you put down a light red on the canvas. You then pick a darker version right next to it so that they are touching. If you try to paint bucket one specific color, both colors change. Like this:

That happens to me too! It kind of sucks because the colors are not that similar but they still fill up :( I hope this gets tweaked soon!

is there an option yet? I am doing an animation and I filled everything with a similar color. I don’t like the similar colors so I try to make it a different color, but the whole thing fills in. I don’t want to start over again, so I want to know if there is a possible way to fix it.

For clarification, I would like the hands/paws to have the same colors as the hair.

is the option there yet? its pretty frustrating to find out a gray/brown is "similar" to pure black, really doesn't help with artists who use outlines. I took a look in the settings and it doesn't seem to be there
