I purchased an audio package but I can't download it.
I get error message: Audio package download failed error 234

Duplicates 2
Downloading audio pack failed
Cannot download Sound FX

I bought the sound pack and it don’t let me use it, I don’t understand this, I just paid 99peso+more

And I tried to click the “Cloud with Down arrow” but it doesn’t respone at anything. Please help me how to get the sound.

Hey everyone,

Please make sure to update your application to the latest versions: iOS: 2.0.4 and Android and Amazon to 2.4.7
